IIFL HFL signs MoU with INPA to hire Navy veterans

Mumbai: IIFL Home Finance has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Indian Naval Placement Agency (INPA) on Saturday to explore opportunities for the recruitment of naval veterans by the company.

Through the MoU, INPA will identify a pool of ex-servicemen or dependent candidates for relevant roles as per recruitment standards of IIFL HFL, the company said in a statement issued here.

The company will, in turn, enable these individuals’ transition to the corporate sector through in-house assimilation and training programs, it said.

IIFL HFL under the aegis of its diversity and inclusion initiative aims to offer ex-servicemen opportunities in line with their qualifications, experience and attributes acquired during their service period
