Kangpokpi : As part of the ongoing nationwide observance of Seva Sankalp Abhiyan 2026, the District Administration Kangpokpi, led by James Doujapao Hapkip, MCS, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council (SH-ADC), Kangpokpi, and Smt. Lamkhohat Hapkip, Zonal Education Officer (ZEO), Kangpokpi, today organized a series of events under the theme “India of Dreams (Art Seva)”.
The day’s activities were spearheaded by the Office of the CEO, ADC, Kangpokpi, which facilitated a mass art event at S. Molnom UJB School, involving local artisans and community members in creating a large mural celebrating “Viksit Bharat@2047”. Simultaneously, under the supervision of the Zonal Education Office (ZEO), Kangpokpi, a district-wide series of student competitions were held across various educational institutions. The events included painting and essay writing competitions, all centered on the theme “My Vision of Viksit Manipur – 2047”, highlighting the state’s future development.
The participating schools in the ZEO-led competitions included Y. Langkhong UJB School, Kharkhola UJB School, S. Changoubung UJB School, S. Molnom UJB School, and Keithelmanbi Junior High School, among others. Hundreds of students from classes VI to VIII participated in the event.
