Katni, MP: Former legislator and Congress leader Chandradarshan Gaur died in Nagpur on Friday, family sources said.
He was 70.

Gaur is survived by his wife and two sons. He was having to undergo dialysis for a long time and was recently taken to Nagpur after his condition deteriorated.

In 1980, Gaur was elected from the then Mudwara-Rithi constituency.

Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee President Kamal Nath and his ruling Bharatiya Janata Party counterpart Vishnu Datt Sharma were among those who expressed grief.
