Arunachal’s COVID-19 caseload reduces to 68

The state’s active caseload comprises 0.12 per cent of the total infections, while the recovery rate stands at 99.37 per cent.

Itanagar: On a sustained downward trend, the COVID-19 caseload of Arunachal Pradesh has further dipped to 68, as 17 more individuals recuperated from the disease during the past 24 hours, a senior health official said.

Yet another positive side, the North-eastern state did not find any COVID positive case during the last 24 hours, though it tested just 201 samples for the virus in the period, he said.

Arunachal Pradesh has so far recorded 55,174 confirmed Coronavirus cases since the outbreak of the pandemic last year, while 54,826 persons have recovered from the ailment. 280 people have lost their lives due to viral infection to date.
