Bhopal: Amid the politics over ‘Ramdhun’ in Madhya Pradesh, state Home Minister Narottam Mishra quipped on Wednesday whether Congress President Sonia Gandhi or her son Rahul would issue a fatwa against the party’s Rajya Sabha Member Digvijaya Singh for rendering the song.
“It is good that ‘Chachajaan will sing Ramdhun,” Dr Mishra wrote in social media.
As per his announcement, Mr Singh is undertaking a padayatra to rule Bharatiya Janata Party legislator Rameshwar Sharma’s local residence where he plans to take part in Ramdhun. Mr Sharma represents Huzur.
