Kohima: The Commissioner and Secretary of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly P. J. Antony has informed that under Rule 8 (1) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA) Speaker NLA has fixed March 19, 2022 for holding the Election of the Deputy Speaker of the Assembly.
According to an official bulletin on Wednesday said the dates and hours for filing nomination papers, withdrawal and election are date for filing nomination papers, on March 14 and 15, between 11:00 A.M and 03:00 P.M. Date of withdrawal from 12:00 noon till 3:00 P.M. on March 16, the date of Scrutiny, March 17 and the Date of Election March 19.
