Imphal: In the last 24 hours leading up to 5 pm of Saturday, Manipur reported just one positive case, four recoveries, and no death, as per an official release from the Covid-19 Common Control Room.
The one person who tested positive Friday is a male resident of Senapati and the four recoveries include three from home isolation and two from SHRI.
The cumulative number of positive cases is 29,311(General Population — 25,877 and Central Security Personnel — 3,434). The cumulative number of recovered cases is 28,907 (General Population — 25,482 and CAPF— 3,429). The number of active cases is 17 (general population 25 and CAPF 1). The recovery rate is 98.63%
As per the latest information, the number of people vaccinated on March 12, is 1143 and the cumulative vaccination number is 75463, the release added.
The total number of health care workers who have been vaccinated is 30707 which include the Directors of RIMS and JNIMS, CMOs, DFWOs DIOs of districts, chairman cum managing directors of Shija Hospital and Babina Diagnostics’.
There are no severe reactions/allergies, adverse event following immunization till date. There were 47 mild reactions who were on home care and all of them have now fully recovered.
