E-Seba Manipur portal training held in Senapati

Senapati: A District-Level Training Programme on the e-Seba Manipur Portal was conducted today at the DC Conference Hall, Senapati under the supervision of District Administration and organised by District Informatics Office, Department of Information Technology, Senapati.

The programme aimed to strengthen the delivery of e-Seba services and build the capacity of officials and stakeholders involved in implementing the portal across the district.

During the training, L Hravio Kennedy, District Informatics Officer/ DIT Senapati and Member Secretary District e-Governance stated that the portal serves as a unified digital platform for services including Domicile, Income, PRC, OBC certificates and Employment Exchange registration. He added that it has replaced the earlier e-Service Manipur system and facilitates centralised, transparent and zero-fee service delivery.        

The training was conducted by RD Davidstone, District Technical Staff, who gave hands-on training on user registration, login, complaint lodging, portal limitations and Digital Signature Certificate registration, which requires mobile and Aadhaar verification.

Officials and staff from all SDO offices, the District Employment Exchange and Village Level Entrepreneurs under Common Service Centress across Senapati district attended the programme.
