CM Sukhu to expand council of ministers on Sunday

A press release issued from Raj Bhavan late on Saturday said that on January 8 at 10 am Çabinet expension likely to take place at Raj Bhavan.

Shimla: Himachal Pradesh Chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu would expand his council of ministers from two members to eight to ten more members on Sunday.

A press release issued from Raj Bhavan late on Saturday said that on January 8 at 10 am Çabinet expension likely to take place at Raj Bhavan. Himachal Pradesh Governor who is going on a ten day long holiday would be available till 11 am on January 8 therfore cabinet expension is scheduled at 10 am at Rajdarbar of Rajbhavan.

Ten new members are expected to inducted in the council of ministers which while including CM and Deputy Chief minister Mukesh Agnihotri could become 12 members strong. It is worthwhile to mention that Mr Sukhoo has returned from Delhi here this evening after two days visit to AICC headquarter. Sukhu met with HP Congress in-charge Rajiv Shukla and AICC general secretary Venu Gopal at NCR on Saturday.

Sukhu stated after arriving here today that he handed over the list of ten members of council of ministers likely to be Inducted which likely to be finalized late night to induct in the council of ministers. The party would ensure the balance of Paralimentary Constituency, District Schedule caste and tribes. Since no woman was elected from the Congress therefore HPCC President to be remained Pratibha Singh. Her son Vikramaditya Singh who is 2nd time MLA from Shimla Urban likely to be inducted in the council of ministers. Among the most prominent who could be inducted are Harashvardhan Chauhan, Jagat Singh Negi, DR Shandil, Rajesh Dharmani, Sunder Thakur, Sudhir Sharma, Chander Kumar, Rajinder Rana and and Vikramaditya and Rohit Thakur.
