Gangtok: The State Legislative Assembly (SLA) has passed the Budget 2020-21 Rs 98 52.85 Crore introduced by the Chief Minister PS Tamang.
The two day session of the House has also passed 5 more bills, after discussion. The motion of thanks on Governor Ganga Prasad’s address on the first day was passed by the House, after discussion by BJP MLAs. Speaker LB Das thanked the Governor for opening the address. Speaker Das has expressed hope that the Budget will reach every section of people in the State. The session was adjourned sine die on Tuesday.
