Mumbai: The Rupee on Monday declined by six paise at 74.22 on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The local unit eased owing to a strong dollar against other world currencies amid a strong opening in the stock market.
The Rupee registered days high and low at 74. 26 and 74.20 respectively.
