Nagaland records 77 new COVID positive cases

According to the bulletin, there were no COVID-19 related deaths were reported in the last 24 hours and the death toll in the State remained at 484 till yesterday.

Kohima: The new cases of COVID-19 in Nagaland yesterday further increased to 77 new cases, which increased the total number of COVID- 19 cases with this total of 25, 382 patients so far.

According to a Nagaland Health Department bulletin today, among the 66 fresh COVID cases yesterday, out of them 32 cases were reported in Dimapur, 16 cases in Kohima, 15 in Mokokchung, four in Wokha, three in Phek, three in Tuensang, two in Mon and two in Zunheboto, taking the total caseload to 25,382.

Altogether 116 recoveries were reported yesterday, taking the total recovery tally to 22,897. The total number of active cases in the State was at 1,280 with 64 patients currently admitted in the various COVID Hospitals and 1,136 under home isolation.
