Imphal: Wangkhem Assembly constituency MLA K. Meghachandra Friday dedicated brick paving inter-village road (IVR) of Konsam Leirak, Ward No. 6, at Charangpat Maklang Mamang Leikai in Thoubal district.
The work was taken up under MGNREGS, Charangpat Gram Panchayat.
MLA Meghachandra stated that the newly constructed brick paving roads are adding significance to the standards of life and helping in improving the economic activities of the villagers in the Wangkhem assembly constituency.
The brick paving IVR was the 7th such road at Charangpat G.P. Two more such roads will be inaugurated shortly under Charangpat Gram Panchayat.
