Imphal: The Manipur government Friday effected one of the biggest reshuffles in the mid-level bureaucracy transferring as many as 34 officers, most of them MCS, IAS, in various departments.
The order issued by the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Personnel Division) said that all the transferred officers should join their new places of posting by 5 pm of 3rd May 2021 (Monday) without fail.
Th Chitra Devi, IAS, Special Secretary (Edn-S) Director (Language, Planning and Implementation) in addition has been shifted as Director (Language, Planning and Implementation). Th Kirankumar Singh, IAS, Deputy Commissioner/Senapati has been shifted to Imphal West in the same position. N Bandana Devi, IAS, Deputy Commissioner/Thoubal will be the Additional Secretary (Ed-S/Transport). Kengoo Zuringla, IAS, Deputy Commissioner/Kakching has been given Additional Secretary (Horti & SC/Coop/TA & Hills). Imphal West Deputy Commisisoner Naorem Praveen Singh will be the Deputy Commissioner of Tengnoupal, whereas Neeta Arambam, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Bishnupur will be the Joint Secretary (Forest & Env/Fishery). Rangnamei Rang Peter, IAS, who is currently holding the post of Joint Secretary (Hort & SC/Coop/TA & Hills) will be the new DC of Thoubal. D Gangmei, IAS, ADC/Ukhrul & PD (DRDA, Ukhrul) has been shifted as the new Deputy Commissioner of Kakching. Krishna Kumar, IAS, Joint Secretary (Tourism) & Mission Director, Manipur Society for Skill Development (MSSD) and Staff Officer to Chief Secretary in addition will be the new Deputy Commissioner of Bishnupur. While Mahesh Hiralala Chaudhari, IAS, SDO/BDO, Tamenglong will be the new Deputy Commissioner, Senapati, Sharath Chandra Arroju, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Tengnoupal will be the Joint Secretary (Edn-S/Tourism) & Mission Director, Manipur Society for Skill Development (MSSD) in addition. Hmangte Lerte Kom, MCS, Additional Director (Edn-S/Hills) has been appointed as the Joint Secretary (WR). G Shantikumar Kabui, MCS, Deputy Secretary (Information Commission/YAS) has been transferred as the Deputy Secretary (Information Commission).
Tanushree Naorem, MCS, currently posted as Deputy Secretary (Edn-S) will be the new Deputy Secretary (Hoti & SC). Daryal Juli Anal, MCS, has been transferred as Deputy Scretary (RD & PR/Hr.& Tech Edn) from the current position of Deputy Secretary (Transport) & OSD Transport & Addl. Director (TA & Hills) in addition.
While, Seiminthang Lenthang, MCS, SDO/BDO/ Chakpikarong has been shifted as Addl Director (Edn-S/Hills), Elangbam Sonia, MCS has been transferred as the Deputy Secretary (Seri/YAS) from her current position of Deputy Secretary (Edn-S).
Alfred Jamlallun Khaute, MCS, SDO/BDO, Saikot & SDO/BDO, Tuibong in addition has been transferred as SDO/BDO, Saikot.
S T Rithung Anal, MCS, has been shifted as Deputy Secretary (Transport) & OSD Transport & Addl Director (TA & Hills) in addition from the current position as SDO/BDO, Chandel.
While H L Jain, MCS, SDO/BDO Kamjong will be the new SDO/BDO Kamjong & SDO/BDO, Kasom Khullen, David Kasungnao, MCS will be the new ADC/Ukhrul & PD (DRDA), Ukhrul from the currently position as SDO/BDO, Kasom Khullen. S Glnmuan Ngaihte, MCS, currently the SDO/BDO (Lamka), Churachandpur & BDO/Lamka South will be given additional charge as SDO/BDO, Henglep in addition from his current position.
While, Nimml Azingwungshi Khamrang, MCS, SDO/BDO, Chingai has been shifted SDO/BDO, Lungchong Maiphai, Chirom Somorendro Singh, MCS will be the new SDO/BDO, Chakpikarong from the same position of Henglep. Nongthongbam Suran Singh, MCS who is currently AC to DC Imphal West will be the new SDO/BDO, Willong. S Lunguiba Thangal, MCS, will be the new SDO/BDO, Chingai from SDO/BDO, Willong.
HL Christian Home, MCS will be the new SDO/BDO Ukhrul from the current position as SDO/BDO, Lungchong Maiphai SDO/BDO, Ukhrul in addition. Naorem Pritam Singh, MCS, has been transferred as the SDO/BDO, Chandel from the current position as SDC/BO, Imphal East (newly promoted). Lukram Herojit Singh, MCS will be the new SDO/BDO, Khengjoy & BDO, Khangbaroi in addition from his current position as SDC/Heingang (new promoted). Paul Nangsha, MCS, i/c SDO/BDO, Tousem (newly promoted) has been given additional charge as SDO/BDO, Tamenglong in addition. Jangminlen Lupho, MCS, who is the SDC/Churachandpur (newly promoted) will be the new SDO/BDO, Tuibong & i/c SDC, Churachandpur.
While, T. Taltom MSS, Under Secretary (works) will be given additional charge of Edn-S, P Ibeyaima Devi, MSS, Section Officer (Library/Com & Ind) will be Section Officer (Library) only.
