Imphal: Manipur police on Tuesday busted a brown sugar manufacturing laboratory in Thoubal district and recovered 222.85 kg of brown sugar worth over Rs 200 crore in the international market.
SP Thoubal Jogeshchandra said a woman identified as Thoubalmayum Bibi was nabbed and large numbers of equipment used in manufacturing drugs were seized.
