Vijayanagar: A senior advocate and Congress leader Tarihalli Venkatesh was allegedly murdered in the premises of Civil and JMFC Court, Hospapete, here on Saturday over a ‘family dispute’.
According to the police, the man has been identified as Tarihalli Venkatesh (48). His relative Manoj allegedly attacked him with machete when Venkatesh was in the court premises, killing him on the spot.
The accused has been taken into police custody, source said.
