Imphal: Four persons from the general population tested Covid positive in Manipur, two persons recovered and were discharged while there was no report of any Covid-related deaths in the last 24 hours leading up to 5pm of Thursday, as per an official release from the Health Department.
Of the four persons who tested positive, three of them are from Imphal West while one of them is from Kangpokpi. Altogether, 77 persons were tested, amounting to a positivity rate of 5.2 %.
The recovery rate of the state now stands at 98.44 %.
The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 37, 270 out of which 1, 35, 130 have recovered leaving 20 active cases in the state.
The total number of doses administered on June 29, is 2,122, the cumulative number of doses administered is 29,61,228 (1st dose 15,92,474, 2nd dose 12,57,992) and precautionary dose is 1,10,765.
