New Delhi: The Delhi Police Special Cell has seized 354 kg heroin worth Rs 2,500 crore and arrested four people in this regard.

Addressing mediapersons here on Saturday, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Pramod Singh Kushwaha said the Special Cell team has succeeded in seizing a huge consignment of the contraband.

The arrested have been identified as Gurpreet Singh alias Gopi, Gurjot Singh alias Golu, Hazrat Ali and Rizwan Kashmiri, the DCP said.

Hazrat Ali is a Afghanistan national and has been arrested from Gurugram.

Interrogation is on to nab other accused in the drug racket, he said.
