COVID-19 : Arunachal records four more cases

For detecting the new cases, the state tested 519 samples for COVID-19, this took the state's cumulative test count to 11,92,745, the official said.

Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh recorded four more COVID positive cases during the past 24 hours a senior health official said on Sunday.

The addition of these new cases has mounted the state’s tally of confirmed cases to 55,216, while six people recuperated from the disease, hence increasing the total number of recovered cases to 54,894.

Persisting its diminishing trend, the number of active COVID-19 in Arunachal Pradesh has reduced to 42 as daily recoveries continue to outnumber the daily virus cases. Out of the fresh infections, Changlang reported two cases, while East Siang and West Kameng detected one case each, he said.
