Imphal: A combined teams of Addl.SP(L&O) Kamjong, Addl.SP(Ops) Kamjong along with personnel of 6th MR, Kamjong Forest Team and NAB Manipur have destroyed about 53 acres of poppy plantation at Maokot Hill Range, Kamjong District and also on January 18, 19, 2022.
The same team destroyed about 26 acres of poppy plantation at Lanchah Hill Range, Kamjong District.
In this regard two different cases were registered in Chassad-PS for further investigation, said a press note from the PRO, Manipur Police Department.
