Imphal: During the search operations conducted by security forces on April 12, 2024, four unarmed IED, one country made .32 pistol with one mag, two live rounds from Saiton Gap, Bishnupur District were recovered.
On April 11, 2024, one SBBL gun, one SMG carbine with magazine, 01(one) pistol with magazine, four 51mm mortar bombs, eight 36 HE Hand Grenades, five tear smoke shells soft nose, one IED, one Walkie Talkie, one dye marker grenade with irritant Anti-Riot, two Cartridges 38mm Anti-Riot with Rubber Bullet, 13 live ammunitions, one Helmet, one SLR magazine and one packet of CAT I| 83mm explosives from Yerum Ching, were recovered from Thoubal District.
One improvised 51 mm Mortar, two Improvised 51 mm Mortar Rounds and one Double Barrel Rifle were recovered from Loiching Ridge, Kangpokpi District.
One DBBL gun, four SBBL guns, seven local Made Pompi guns, five local made Pompi H.E., 163 barrel gun cartridges, two B.P jacket, two local made B.P plate, one patka helmet, four Baofeng hand held set with battery and four charger, six mobile phones, four combat Knee guard, one olive green colour of Jacket, Indian made two wheeler vehicles, two Burmese made two wheeler vehicles, four stamp seals and one cashbook from Pallel Aimol, Tengnoupal District were recovered, as per a press note issued by the Police Contrl Room, Manipur Police.
