Itanagar: As many as 116 people, including a healthcare worker, tested positive for Covid-19 in Arunachal Pradesh in the last 24 hours, taking the state’s caseload to 17,456.
Of the new positive cases, Itanagar Capital Complex reported the highest at 34, followed by Lower Dibang Valley 20 and Papum Pare 12, as per the bulletin issued by the state Directorate of Health Services.
Barring 36, all the patients are asymptomatic.
On the other hand, 19 patients were discharged, taking the total recoveries to 16,940. Active cases stood at 550. Death toll at 56.
