Mumbai: Poonawalla Fincorp’s on Thursday said that its consolidated assets under management (AUM) grew by 28 percent year on year and 5 percent quarter on quarte to become approximately Rs 19,550 crore on December 31, 2022.
On a standalone basis, the AUM grew by 28 percent year on year and 6 percent quarter on quarter to approximately Rs 13,940 crore as on December 31, 2022, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The consolidated disbursement for Q3 FY23 stood at approximately Rs 3,980 crores, up 116 percent YoY and 7 percent QoQ with 100 percent disbursements through organic route compared to 97% organic disbursements in Q2FY23, the company said.
On a standalone basis, its disbursement during Q3FY23 was up 8 percent QoQ and stood at approximately Rs 3,370 crore compared to Q2FY23 disbursement of Rs 3,110 crores, it added.
“During Q3FY23 (standalone), we continued our strong growth momentum by achieving highest ever quarterly disbursement through 100 percent organic route, acquiring the highest-ever customer base with best-in-class asset quality and continuing to be amongst the lowest cost of funds,” the company said.
