Shillong: The Shillong Chamber Choir on Monday officially announced that they will be releasing their biggest single yet, a song composed by Late Neil Nongkynrih, called ‘The Great Indian Train Journey’.
The music video will be premiered on the SCC’s official YouTube channel on July 9 (Saturday) at 2 pm which also happens to be their founder Neil Nongkinrih’s birthday, who passed away earlier this year.
The choir has further stated that Nongkynrih makes an appearance in the video which is said to be his last.
“The song is a musical depiction of the Indian train journey and all Uncle Neil wanted to do was to bring joy to people through this colourful piece of music,” said choir lead singer William Richmond Basivamoit.
