Imphal: Governor of Manipur La Ganesan extended best wishes to the people of the state for the New Year 2022.
In his New Year greeting, governor Ganesan said that the New Year “is for making resolutions”. As the new year 2022, the Governor called on all “to resolve to work together for creating harmony and perfect peace in all parts of Manipur”. As he joins the people in welcoming the new year, Governor Ganesan hoped that “the coming year will be much better and more prosperous as compared to all the previous years’.
Chief Minister N Biren Singh extended his heartiest greetings and best wishes to the people of Manipur for the New Year 2022.
“The start of a new year is always a time of reflection and contemplation. 2021 has been a year of progress coupled with landmark achievements for our state. We made several inwards and made good progress in health, education, welfare and infrastructure sectors”, added the Chief Minister in his message.
He exuded confidence that 2022 will be the year of renewed hop and confidence “in our ability to face and overcome challenges as we continue to move on the road to greater progress. In his message, the Chief Minister also exhorted all to commit themselves towards building a peaceful, harmonious and prosperous Manipur.
