51 more COVID related deaths in Assam; positivity rate stands at 4.05%

Guwahati: Assam has reported 51 more COVID 19 deaths and 4600 new positive cases in the last twenty-four hours.
The overall positivity rate in Assam stands at 4.05 per cent.
These new cases were detected after carrying out tests of 11,5513 samples.
Of the new cases detected in Assam, 403 cases have been detected in the Kamrup-Metro district.
On the other hand, the COVID-19 recovery rate in Assam currently stands at 86.51 per cent.
