48 projects costing about Rs 8.34 cr were approved in Bilaspur

Hamirpur/Bilaspur (HP): Forty-eight projects worth Rs 8.34 crores were approved during a meeting of the Industries department under the Mukhyamantri Swalamban Yojana.
In all, Fifty-seven such projects were put up for approval out of which 48 got the appraisal of the committee led by ADC, Dr Nidi Patel.

She said that the total project cost would be Rs. 8 crores 34 lakh investment out of which there will be a grant of Rs 1.69 crore to be given by the banks.

A total of 141 loan cases have been approved so far under the Centre. This year, 62 units have been provided in the district by providing a grant amount of Rs 4 crore 7 lahks.
District General Manager Sakshi Sati said that Chief Minister Swavalamban Yojana is one of the ambitious schemes of the state government, under which all types of industrial, service and business activities fall.

Under the scheme, unemployed Himachali youth, aged between 18-45 years, and women between the ages of 50 years, are provided loans and financial assistance of up to Rs. 1 crore through the concerned banks.

They can apply by getting information on the department’s website www.ww.mmsy.hp.jivovi.in to take full advantage of the Chief Minister Swavalamban Yojana from the entrepreneur.
