Hyderabad: A woman was allegedly gang-raped by three persons after kidnapping her near Himayat Sagar, on the outskirts of the city, on Wednesday night.
The three came in an autorickshaw and kidnapped the victim who was standing near the Police Academy, took her to a nearby lonely place and gang-raped her.
They also robbed the victim of her cash and ornaments before freeing her. The victim approached the Rajendernagar police and lodged a complaint following which special teams were set up to nab the trio.
