Imphal: A notice issued by the Secretary to the Chief Minister, N Geoffrey issued on July 18, informed that Wednesday of every week will be a “no visitors’ day” to enable the office of the Chief Minister’s Secretariat to focus strictly on office engagements.
The notice also sought cooperation from the general public.
