Mumbai: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) on Wednesday alleged that the direction of the state governor, Bhagat Singh Koshiyari to prove the majority on Thursday was ‘illegal’.
Dr. Uday Narkar, Secretary of Maharashtra stated the party in a statement stated that his party MLA Vinod Nikole backs Mahavikas Aghadi.
The Bharatiya Janata Party’s conspiracy to overthrow the Mahavikas Aghadi government in Maharashtra by misappropriating huge sums, he said.

This order of the Governor, who has been obstructing the appointment of 12 MLAs and regular Speakers of the Legislative Council for a long time, was a murder of the Constitution, he pointed out.
The Marxist Communist Party always opposed and will continue to oppose the BJP’s fascist and bigoted dictatorship at the Centre to protect democracy, secularism, and the federal system in the Constitution, and to preserve the dignity of Maharashtra, added Mr. Narkar.
