Imphal: No Covid related death was reported in Manipur in the last 24 hours leading up to 5 pm of Wednesday.
During the same period, a lone person from the general population tested positive while five persons recovered and were discharged, as per an official release from the Health Department.
The lone person who tested positive from the general population is from Kangpokpi. A total of 489 persons were tested amounting to a positivity rate of .2%
Meanwhile, five persons recovered and were discharged, three of them from home isolation and two from CCCs. The recovery rate in the state now stands at 98.43 %
The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 37, 094 out of which 1, 34, 940 have recovered leaving 34 active cases.The total number of doses administered on March 30, is 2,254, the cumulative number of doses administered is 27,87,306 (1st dose 15,39, 292, 2nd dose 11,81, 785) and precautionary dose
