Imphal: In the last 24 hours leading p to 5 pm of Saturday, seven persons from the general population tested Covid positive in Manipur, while there was no report of any recovery or death, as per an official release from the Health Department.
Of the seven persons who tested positive, four of them are from Imphal West, two from Imphal East and one from Bishnupur. Altogether, 64 persons were tested, amounting to a positivity rate of 10.9 %.
The recovery rate of the state now stands at 98.43 %.
The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 37, 281 out of which 1, 35, 130 have recovered leaving 31 active cases in the state.
The total number of doses administered on July 1, is 155, the cumulative number of doses administered is 29,64,519 (1st dose 15,93,319, 2nd dose 12,59,233) and precautionary dose is 1,11,967.
