SC to resume physical hearing of cases from April 4

"Fom Monday onwards, we are opening full physically, Monday and Friday we will provide advocates virtual hearing if they ask," the CJI Ramana said.

New Delhi: Chief Justice of India N V Ramana on Wednesday said the Supreme Court will commence physical hearing of cases from April 4.

He said that lawyers, and seniors advocates, who requested us, for virtual hearings on Monday and Friday, can be allowed as well.

“Fom Monday onwards, we are opening full physically, Monday and Friday we will provide advocates virtual hearing if they ask,” the CJI Ramana said.

The CJI Ramana announced today that the Court will start full physical hearing from Monday onwards. Whereas, on the request of advocates on Monday and Friday, we will allowing virtual also.
