Imphal: Rajiv Singh, a 1993 IPS cadre of Manipur and Tripura, will take charge as new DGP of Manipur.
The Governor of Manipur has ordered creation of one post of OSD (Home), Government of Manipur, where the incumbent DGP, P Doungel, will assume charge, according to an order issued by Geoffrey, Special Secretary to the Government of Manipur here on Thursday.
