Prices of domestic LPG cylinders hiked by Rs 50

This is the second revision of prices of 19kg cylinders this month.

New Delhi: The prices of domestic cooking cylinders were hiked by Rs 50 across the country on Wednesday.

The hike came into effect from today.

According to price notification of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), now a non-subsidised 14.2 kg cylinder will cost Rs 1,053 in Delhi, Rs 1079 in Kolkata, Rs 1052 in Mumbai and Rs 1068 in Chennai.

Earlier, the prices were increased on May 19, May 7 and March 22, 2022.

However, prices of 19 kg commercial cylinders were decreased by Rs 8.50 per cylinder, a notification of the state-owned oil marketing companies.

Now a 19 kg cylinder will cost Rs 2012.50 in Delhi, Rs 2132 in Kolkata, Rs 1972.50 in Mumbai and Rs 2177 in Chennai.

This is the second revision of prices of 19kg cylinders this month.

However, prices of diesel and petrol have remained changed.
