Bishnupur:: The District Administration of Bishnupur has notified that lifting of rice allocated under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY) for the six assembly constituencies of the district for the month of October will begin from September 23 onwards.
The notification also mentioned that the PMGKAY rice will be distributed to AAY and PHH beneficiaries through FPS agents of the district from September 24 onwards.
As per the notification, in respect of Nambol AC, rice will be lifted on September 23 whereas its distribution is scheduled from September 24-26. For Bishnupur AC, it will be lifted on September 24 which will be distributed to the beneficiaries from September 25-28. As for Oinam AC, rice will be lifted on September 25 while the distribution of the same is scheduled from September 26-29.
Likewise, in respect of Thanga AC, it will be lifted on September 27 whereas distribution to beneficiaries will be held from September 18-19. For Kumbi AC, lifting will start on September 28 whereas distribution will be done from September 29 – October 1. In respect of Moirang AC, the PMGKAY rice is scheduled to be lifted on September 29 with distribution scheduled from September 30 -October 3.Â
