Imphal: While there were no reports of any deaths In the last 24 hours leading up to 5 pm of Thursday in Manipur, three persons (2 males and 1female) from the general population, as per an official release from the Covid-19.
The 3 persons who tested positive are from Imphal East, Thoubal and Kamjong. Meanwhile, 2 persons recovered from home isolation during the same period.
The cumulative number of positive cases is 29,286(General Population — 25,852 and Central Security Personnel — 3,434). The cumulative number of recovered cases is 28,880(General Population — 25,451 and CAPF— 3,429). The number of active cases is 33 (general population 32 and CAPF 1). Recovery rate is 98.61%.

As per the latest information, the number of people vaccinated on March 4, is 2083 and the cumulative vaccination number is 62649, the release added.
The total number of health care workers who have been vaccinated is 30079 which include the Directors of RIMS and JNIMS, CMOs, DFWOs DIOs of districts, chairman cum managing directors of Shija Hospital and Babina Diagnostics’.
There are no severe reactions/allergies, adverse event following immunization till date. There were 47 mild reaction who were on home care and all of them have now fully recovered.
