Imphal: No Covid related death in the last 24 hours leading up to 2 pm of Monday. During the same period, 16 persons tested positive and three persons recovered, as per an official release from the Health Department.
Of the 16 persons from the general population who tested positive, six are from Imphal West, three from Imphal East, two each from Bishnupur and Thoubal and one each from Kakching, Kangpokpi and Tamenglong.
A total of 944 persons were tested amounting to a positivity rate of 1.7 %
Meanwhile, three persons recovered and were discharged from home isolation.
The recovery rate of the state stands at 98.37 %.
