Kohima: Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on Thursday moved that leave be granted to introduce the ‘Nagaland Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management (Amendment) Bill, 2021 at the ongoing session of the seventh session of the Thirteenth Legislative Assembly.
Chief Minister Rio, in-Charge of Finance also laid on the table a copy of the review of the trends in receipts and expenditure for the first, second and third quarter of the year 2020-21, as required under section 11 of the Nagaland Fiscal Responsibility band Budget Management Act 2005.
The Administrative reports of various departments were also laid on the table including that of Department of Border Affairs; Department of Information Technology & Communication; Department of Science& Technology; Department of Tourism; Department of Economic & Statistics; Department of Renewable Energy; Department of Municipal Affairs; Department of Horticulture; Department of Labour; Department of State Institute of Rural Development, which was laid by the Chief Minister.

Minister of Health & Family Welfare, S Pangnyu Phom laid a copy of Annual Administrative Report 2020-21 of the Department of Health and Family Welfare.
Minister for Transport, Civil and Aviation and Railways and Land Resources, P. Paiwang laid on the table a copy of Annual Administrative Report 2020-21 of the Land Resources Department.
