Bishnupur: The District Administration Bishnupur, under the guidance of Additional Deputy Commissioner Toijam Opendro today observed National Cleanliness Day with active participation at the Mini Secretariat Complex, Bishnupur.
As part of the observation, a district-wide cleanliness drive and social service activities were conducted across various offices and institutions.
District Level Officers (DLOs) and staff from all line departments took part in cleaning their respective office premises and the surrounding areas of the Mini Secretariat Complex. The initiative aimed to reinforce the importance of cleanliness, hygiene, and environmental consciousness among government functionaries and the general public.
In addition, Sub-Divisional Office of Moirang under SDO Chirom Somerendro also carried out cleanliness drives within their campuses.
