Kohima: Nagaland reported three new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, as the total number of infections in the state rose to 32,188, its health department said on Thursday.

With no reports of fresh deaths in the same period, the overall toll remained 702.

All three fresh cases were reported in the Dimapur district.
Eight more coronavirus patients recovered from the disease, taking the total number of recoveries to 30,347. The state’s recovery rate stood at 94.28 per cent. The number of active cases is 70, of which 60 cases are from Dimapur, nine from Kohima and one from Mokokchung, the bulletin added.
