Nagaland records 59 new COVID + cases, 4 deaths

95 COVID-19 patients recovered from the virus taking the total recovery to 25,338. There were 1300 active cases in the state.

Kohima: The new cases of COVID-19 in Nagaland decreased to 59, which increased the total number of COVID -19 cases to 27,945 and the death toll to 574.
According to a Nagaland Health Department bulletin today, among the 59 fresh COVID cases yesterday, the new cases were detected from ten districts of Nagaland with 18 cases in Mokokchung, 14 cases in Dimapur, 14 in Kohima, three in Peren, two in Longleng, two in Mon, two in Tuensang, two in Zunheboto, one in Kiphire and one in Wokha, taking the total caseload to 28004.
On the recovery of patients, 95 COVID-19 patients recovered from the virus taking the total recovery to 25,338. There were 1300 active cases in the state.
Four more patients succumbed to the COVID-19 pandemic related infection. Of them two in Dimapur and one in Kohima and one in Tuensang, pushing the death toll to 574.
