Kohima: In an escalation of COVID-19 cases in Nagaland, there were 207 new cases were detected on Tuesday, which is a record number of one day increase in the current year and the total number of positive cases in the State now gone up to 13,445.
Nagaland Health and Family Welfare Minister Pangnyu Phom in his regular tweet informed that there were 2077 new COVID-19 positive cases in Nagaland today and the cases are, 177 cases in Dimapur, 13 case in Kohima, nine cases in Tuensang, three cases in Longleng, three cases in Mokokchung, one case in Mon and one case in Peren. He also informed that altogether 16 COVID-19 positive patients were recovered today and they are eight patients from Kohima, seven patients from Dimapur and one patient from Wokha.
Pangnyu further tweeted a cumulative report of Tuesday that the total positive cases increased to 13445; total recovered patients remained at 12151, total Active Cases rose up to 874, as of today.
