Myanmar police fire bullets to disperse protesters, two killed

Hundreds of people had gathered for a rally at a shipyard in Mandalay which is Myanmar's second largest city. Several people were injured when police used force to disperse them, BBC reported.

Myanmar has seen weeks of protests following the military coup which overthrew Aung San Suu Kyi’s elected government on charges of electoral fraud.

The latest deaths in Myanmar comes a day after a young woman who had been shot by the security forces became the first confirmed death in the ongoing protests.
