Manipur University V-C flags off students for exchange programme

The team will stay in Indore for 5 days and during their stay they will learn about the linguistic and cultural aspects of Madhya Pradesh covering history, culture, language, cuisine, festivals, clothing etc.

Imphal: Vice-Chancellor, Manipur University Prof. N. Lokendra Singh, Sunday flagged off students for the Exchange Programme under “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav -Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat”.

Under the “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) – Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB): Visit of students to paired states”, a contingent of students from Manipur was flagged from Manipur Institute of Technology, Manipur University campus. 

Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat (EBSB) is a programme for promoting national integration through systematic exchange between paired states. Manipur is paired with Madhya Pradesh and Manipur Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipur University has been selected by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India for implementation of the exchange programme for the state of Manipur under EBSB. 

The team will stay in Indore for 5 days and during their stay they will learn about the linguistic and cultural aspects of Madhya Pradesh covering history, culture, language, cuisine, festivals, clothing etc.
