Imphal: Manipur reported just two new positive cases, nil Covid-related deaths and seven recoveries, in the last 24 hours leading up to 5 pam of Thursday, as per an official release from the Health Department.
The two persons who tested positive from the general population are from Imphal East and Ukhrul respectively. A total of 298 were tested amounting to a positivity rate of .8 %.
Of the seven persons who recovered, five are from home isolation and two from JNIMS. The recovery rate in the state now stands at 98.43 %.
The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 37, 205 of which 1, 35, 056 have recovered leaving 56 active cases.The total number of doses administered on April 20, is 2,490, the cumulative number of doses administered is 28,20,814 (1st dose 15,51, 747, 2nd dose 11,95,544) and precautionary dose 73,523
