Imphal: In the last 24 hours leading up to 5 pm of Saturday, Manipur reported no Covid related death while 11 persons from the general population tested positive and four persons recovered, as per an official release from the Health Department.
Of the 11 persons who tested positive, three are from Imphal East, two each from Bishnupur and Thoubal and one each from Imphal West and Tengnoupal.
Altogether,886 persons were tested amounting to a positivity rate of 1.2%.
Meanwhile, four persons recovered, three of them from CCCs and one from JNIMS. The recovery rate of the state now stands at 98.42 %.
The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 37, 081 out of which 1, 34, 921 have recovered leaving 40 active cases.
The total number of doses administered on March 25, is 1,772, the cumulative number of doses administered is 27,75,807 (1st dose 15,32, 821, 2nd dose 11,77, 840) and precautionary dose 65,146.
