Imphal: As a mark of love and respect for late Toijam Pritam Singh, Office Assistant of the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), Government of Manipur, officers and staff of the department observed a two minutes silence at its office here Tuesday.
Pritam who hailed from Awangkhunou Mamang Leikai, Imphal West, died in an unfortunate road accident on Monday night.
Born to late Toijam Bihar Singh on 5th March 1985, he is survived by his wife and three years old kid.
During the condolence, officers and staff expressed their deep shock and anguish over the sudden demise of Pritam. He was remembered collectively as a kind, gentle soul who gave his valuable contribution to the department through hard work, dedication and sincerity.
