Manipur: DIPR bids farewell to two of its staff

H Balkrisna Singh, Director in his farewell speech encouraged the staff of DIPR to be hard working and disciplined as the two retired staff.

Imphal: The Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Government of Manipur gave farewell to its two staff namely Th Mani Singh, Accountant and RS Ngasaipung, UDC Saturday at the office Auditorium of Keishampat.

The two retired staff of DIPR, Th Mani Singh joined the service in June 1979 as a Vernacular Clerk and after serving for around 42 years, he retired as Accountant. RS Ngasaipung had joined in June 1982, he had been in the office for around 39 years and had retired as UDC.

H Balkrisna Singh, Director in his farewell speech encouraged the staff of DIPR to be hard working and disciplined as the two retired staff. He also expressed his appreciation to the retired staff for the service they had rendered during their time here in DIPR.

Deputy Director (HQ) L Ashok Kumar Singh, Deputy Director (Press & Publication), other officers and staff attended Saturday’s farewell programme.

As part of the occasion, simple gifts were presented to the retired staff.
