Imphal: Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh flagged off a cycle rally organized as part of the week-long celebration of Jan Aushadi Divas, 2021 here Saturday.
The rally was organized to spread the message of importance of Central Government’s Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Jan Aushadi Pariyojana.
The participants cycled in various parts of the city including Governor Crossing, Keishampat Traffic Point, Wahengbam Leikai, Shamu Makhong, Kangla Gate, Khoyathong, Lilashing Khongnangkhong before culminating at Chingmeirong.
Through select outlets medicines are made available to people at affordable prices under the scheme.
